A plot is only as good as the work behind it. My job is to make sure the roads, the beacons and the paperwork are in place before we ask anyone to buy.
About Samuel
I look after the work that happens on the ground. Before a project is listed, I coordinate the land search, the survey and the subdivision, and I make sure the access roads and beacons are marked so every buyer can find their plot and see exactly where it starts and ends.
I enjoy site visits because that is where buyers ask the questions that matter: where the boundary is, how far it is to the main road, whether water and electricity are nearby. I would rather you see it with your own eyes than take our word for it.
After you buy, my team follows your transfer through the land registry and keeps you updated at every step, until your title deed is ready.
