Our story
From one project in Joska to land across five counties
Fahari Homes Kenya is a land and real estate company based in Kamakis, Ruiru. We buy large parcels in growing areas, subdivide them into affordable plots, put in access roads and beacons, and sell them to individual buyers with their own title deeds.
Our earliest projects, such as Zuri Gardens in Joska-Malaa along Kangundo Road, showed us what buyers want most: plots they can afford, in places that are still growing, from a company that answers the phone after the sale. Since then we have sold out projects in Machakos, Kiambu, Kitui, Embu and Nakuru.
Many of our buyers are first-time landowners. Others live abroad and buy without being able to visit often. For both, we keep the process simple: a site visit, a clear offer letter, an instalment plan if you need one, and the title deed at the end.
