I manage the money side of every purchase. Whether you pay cash or choose an instalment plan, the total in your offer letter is the total you pay. No surprises at transfer, and no fees you were not told about.
Many of our buyers pay a deposit and spread the balance over 3 to 12 months. I help you choose a plan that fits your budget, and I make sure every payment you make is receipted and recorded against your plot.
