A message from Benson
We started Fahari Homes because buying land in Kenya should not feel like a gamble. Too many families save for years, only to discover a problem with the title, the boundaries or the seller. We wanted to be the company that does the checking first, so that our buyers do not have to carry that worry.
That is still how we work. Before any project goes on sale, our team confirms ownership with an official search, checks the survey maps and walks the land. We state our prices honestly, put every term in the offer letter and offer instalment plans, so that more people can start owning land sooner rather than later.
Many of our buyers are buying land for the first time. Many others live abroad and cannot visit as often as they would like. Whoever you are, you should deal with people who answer the phone, explain things plainly and stay with you until the title deed is in your hands. "Building wealth, securing generations" is more than a tagline to us. It is the work we come in to do every day.
